The characteristics of axial flow pumps are high flow rate, low head, slow speed, and low power consumption;

For those with high head and small circulation, mixed flow pumps can be chosen. Some manufacturers choose the form of centrifugal pumps when designing circulating pumps, and try to use multi-stage motors to reduce impeller speed. The impeller should be an open impeller to reduce damage to the grains and prevent blockage.

As the crystallization discharge pump belongs to solid-liquid mixture, it is generally recommended to choose screw pump or diaphragm pump. For those who do not have strict requirements for crystal particle size, centrifugal pump can also be used.
