Safety precautions must be known before using a high-temperature magnetic pump

The high-temperature magnetic pump has a compact structure, beautiful appearance, small size, humidity, stable operation and easy use. It can be widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, electroplating, food, film and photo cleaning, scientific research institutions, defense industry and other units to support acids, lyes, oils rare and precious liquids, venoms, volatile liquids and circulating water equipment, as well as overspeed mechanical support. Especially easy to leak, flammable, easy to discharge explosive liquids, explosion-proof motor is best to choose this pump.

 

Advantages of high-temperature magnetic pump:

 

1. There is no need to install a foot valve and irrigate water.

 

2. The pump shaft is changed from a dynamic seal to a closed static seal, which completely avoids the leakage of the medium.

 

3. There is no need for independent lubrication and cooling water, which reduces energy consumption.

 

4. From coupling transmission to synchronous dragging, there is no contact and friction. Low power consumption, high efficiency, and damping and vibration reduction, reducing the impact of motor vibration on the pump and the impact of cavitation vibration on the motor when the pump occurs.

 

5. When overloaded, the internal and external magnetic rotors are relatively slippery, which has a protective effect on the motor and pump.

 

6. When the driven parts of the magnetic actuator run under overload or the rotor is stuck, the main and driven parts of the magnetic actuator will automatically slip off to protect the pump. At this time, the permanent magnet on the magnetic actuator will produce eddy loss and magnetic loss under the action of the alternating magnetic field of the active rotor, resulting in the temperature of the permanent magnet rising and the magnetic actuator slipping and failing.

 

Precautions for the use of high-temperature magnetic pumps:

 

1. Prevent particles from entering

 

(1) Ferromagnetic impurities and particles are not allowed to enter the magnetic actuator and bearing friction pair. (2) After transporting the medium that is easy to crystallize or precipitate, it should be flushed in time (after the pump is stopped, water should be poured into the pump chamber, and it should be discharged after 1min of operation) to ensure the service life of the sliding bearing. (3) When conveying media containing solid particles, it should be filtered at the inlet of the pump flow pipe.

 

2. Prevent demagnetization

 

(1) The magnetic moment should not be designed too small. (2) It should be operated under the specified temperature conditions, and it is strictly forbidden to exceed the temperature of the medium. A platinum resistance temperature sensor can be installed on the outer surface of the magnetic pump isolation sleeve to detect the temperature rise in the annular gap area, so that the temperature can be alarmed or shut down when the temperature exceeds the limit.

 

3. Prevent dry friction

 

(1) Idling is strictly prohibited. (2) It is strictly forbidden to evacuate the medium. (3) When the outlet valve is closed, the continuous operation time of the pump shall not exceed 2min, so as to prevent the magnetic actuator from overheating and failing.

 

4. It cannot be used in the system with pressure, because there is a certain system in the pump cavity of the magnetic pump and the "static bearing" is used in the magnetic pump, so this series of pumps must not be used in the system with pressure, and the positive pressure and negative pressure are not feasible.

 

5. For the medium that the conveying liquid is easy to precipitate and crystallize, it should be cleaned in time after use to drain the liquid accumulation in the pump.

 

6. After 1000 hours of normal operation of the magnetic pump, the wear of the bearing and the end face moving ring should be dismantled and checked, and the wearing parts that should not be used again should be replaced.

 

7. If the conveyed medium contains solid particles, a filter screen should be added to the pump inlet: if it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added.

 

8. The ambient temperature of the pump should be less than 40°C in use, and the temperature rise of the motor should not exceed 75°C.

 

9. The medium to be conveyed and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material. The operating temperature of the engineering plastic pump < 60 °C, the operating temperature of the metal pump < 100 °C, the suction pressure is not more than 0.2MPa, the maximum working pressure is 1.6MPa, the density is not more than 1600Kg/m3, and the viscosity is not more than 30X10-6m2/S.

 

The high-temperature magnetic pump replaces the mobile seal with a static seal, which closes the overflow parts of the pump, and solves the inevitable execution and fall of other pump mechanical seals. The high-temperature magnetic pump uses anti-corrosion high-strength engineering plastics, corundum ceramics, stainless steel, etc. as manufacturing materials, which has a high degree of anti-corrosion performance and can protect the conveyed medium from pollution.
