IHF-NS series high-temperature fluorine plastic pump, referred to as "IHF-NS Fluorine Plastic Pump", is a single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump. The pump body is lined with metal shell with fusible polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) and other non-metallic materials that are resistant to corrosion and wear, and the impeller and pump cover are made of metal inserts with fusible polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA), which is pressed into shape by fluoroceramic alloy.

IHF-NS high temperature fluoroplastic centrifugal pump is designed according to IS02858 international standard, we can customize according to your flange standards. The mechanical seal adopts internal water-cooled double end face mechanical seal.

IHF-NS high temperature fluorine plastic centrifugal pump is widely used for conveying materials with solid up to 15% or less, such as strong corrosive medium, saturated solution and strong alkali, etc., suitable for continuous operation at 150℃ working temperature. Suitable for industry: acid and alkali production, saturated electrolyte in non-ferrous metal smelting, desulfurization and dust removal in environmental protection industry, pickling and acid regeneration in iron and steel industry, etc.

Installation and precautions of fluoroplastic centrifugal pump:

1. Prepare the concrete foundation according to the basic dimensions and embed the anchor bolts in advance.

2. Before installation, the pump and motor should be inspected to ensure that all parts are intact and free of debris inside the pump.

3. Place a pair of wedge pads between the base plate and the foundation, and use high-speed pads to align the level of the pump.

4. The suction and discharge pipelines of the pump should have brackets and cannot be supported by the pump. The diameter of the inlet and outlet pipelines should be consistent with the diameter of the pump inlet and outlet.

5. If it is a self-priming pump installation, the inlet pipe should be connected first, and the outlet pipe should be connected after filling with liquid to correct the direction of rotation. The inlet pipeline of the pump must be matched with the pump and the total length cannot exceed 5 meters.

6. After installation, rotate the coupling by hand and check for any rubbing.

7. Fluoroplastic centrifugal pumps are strictly prohibited from extracting media containing particles larger than the specified size.

8. To prevent debris from entering the pump, a filter should be installed at the inlet, with a filtration area greater than 3-4 times the cross-sectional area of the pipeline.

9. Pumps with high head should also be equipped with check valves on the outlet pipeline to prevent water hammer damage caused by sudden shutdown.

10. It is necessary to ensure that the installation height of the pump meets the cavitation allowance of the pump, and consider pipeline losses and medium temperature.

11. When the medium temperature is too high, cooling measures should be taken for the mechanical seal to prevent deformation and cracking of the static ring.

Fluoroplastic centrifugal pump startup and operation:

1. Before driving, the pump should be filled with the liquid to be transported (if the pump is suction), the outlet gate valve should be closed, and the power supply should be connected.

2. Connect the power and check if the pump's direction of rotation is correct.

3. Test run the unit for 3-6 minutes, and if there are no abnormal phenomena, it can be put into operation.

4. When shutting down, the gate valve at the outlet should be closed first, and then the power should be cut off.

Repair and maintenance of fluoroplastic centrifugal pump:

1. Regularly inspect the pump and motor, and replace vulnerable parts.

2. When the pump is not in use for a long time, the flow channel inside the pump should be cleaned and the power should be cut off.

3. The pump cannot operate without liquid
