Common faults

1. Leakage:

Possible causes: poor sealing, wear of the pump body, excessive rotor clearance.

2. Abnormal sound:

Possible causes: bearing damage, rotor eccentricity, impeller imbalance.

3. Excessive temperature:

Possible causes: excessive bearing friction, failure of magnetic transmission, poor sealing of the pump body.

4. Flow Reduction:

Possible causes: impeller wear, inlet clogging, pump body wear.

5. No liquid:

Possible causes: air leakage in the suction line, insufficient liquid volume in the pump, blockage in the pipe.

6. Insufficient head:

Possible causes: the conveying medium contains air, the impeller is damaged, the speed is not enough, and the liquid is heavy.

7. Shaft breakage:

Possible cause: Dry grinding of bearings due to dry running of the pump.

Solution:

1. Leakage:

Inspect and trim or replace the seals and worn parts of the pump body.

Adjust the rotor clearance to the appropriate range.

2. Abnormal sound:

Replace or clean worn, loose, contaminated bearings.

Adjust or replace eccentric, unbalanced rotors.

Repair or replace the impeller.

3. Excessive temperature:

Inspect and add lubricating oil to the bearing.

Adjust or replace the magnetic transmission section.

Trim or replace seals.

4. Flow Reduction:

Repair or replace worn impellers.

Clean up inlet blockages.

Trim or replace worn pump bodies.

5. No liquid:

Inspect and repair air leaks in the suction line.

Make sure the pump has enough liquid.

Clean the blockage in the tube.

6. Insufficient head:

Check and drain the air from the conveying medium.

Repair or replace damaged impellers.

Adjust the pump speed to the appropriate range.
