Operation process of MVR evaporator and circulation pump

MVR concentrator evaporator is widely used in chemical, food, papermaking, medicine, seawater desalination and sewage treatment.

Preparation for commissioning of MVR concentrator evaporator unit

1. Install a screen at the inlet of each circulating pump, inlet and outlet pump, and condensate pump, and install a screen at the inlet of the vacuum pump to filter debris.

2. Put clean water into the raw material barrel, pump the clean water into the evaporator according to the material process route, open the evaporator circulating pump to clean the evaporator, open the discharge pump and open the valve, and open the inlet and outlet pumps to clean and drain the pipeline.

3. Stop each pump, open the sewage valve in front of the pump, and fully drain the sewage. Then check and clean the screen at the inlet of each pump, continue to load after cleaning, pour in clean water, and clean again.

4. Open the cooling water circulation system, test run and clean the condenser and pipeline.

5. Close the evacuation valve of the separation chamber, the inlet and outlet valves, open the vacuum valve, vacuum the system, check whether there is air leakage in the equipment, pumps, pipeline connection points and valves, and deal with it in time if there is air leakage.

Operation of the MVR unit

1. Necessary conditions for normal operation;

2. Check the operation and oil level of each equipment, such as whether the lubricating oil is missing;

3. Check the manual disc to rotate the operating equipment;

4. Close the separator emptying valve, close the top and bottom of the evaporator for emptying, inlet and discharge, condensate and sewage valves;

5. Open the cooling water valve of the pump and adjust it to the appropriate flow rate, so that each pump has sufficient water cooling conditions.

Cleaning of MVR concentrator evaporators

The MVR evaporation concentrator needs to be cleaned regularly to remove particles that remain in the heating tube during operation, so all parts of the unit, including the material line of the device, need to be cleaned with appropriate chemicals, condensate or water.

The cleaning cycle of the MVR concentrator evaporator depends on the operation of the whole plant and the concentration temperature, and it is normal for the whole system to have no fouling, but it also needs to be cleaned regularly to avoid excessive fouling.
