Features:

The pump is a vertical structure, the inlet and outlet diameter are the same, and are located on the same center line, which can be installed in the pipeline like a valve.

·The impeller is mounted directly on the elongated shaft of the motor, with short axial dimensions, compact and beautiful structure, small footprint, low construction investment, and a protective cover for outdoor use.

·The pump and motor bearings are reasonably arranged, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the operation of the pump, so as to ensure the smooth operation of the pump, with low vibration and low noise.

·The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or mechanical seal combination, adopts alloy sealing ring, medium-sized high-temperature resistant mechanical seal and cemented carbide material, wear-resistant seal, and can effectively prolong the service life.

·Easy to install and maintain, no need to dismantle the pipe road system, as long as the pump manifold seat nut is removed, all rotor components can be extracted.

·The vertical and horizontal installation of the pump can be adopted according to the requirements of the pipeline layout, and the series and parallel operation mode of the pump can be adopted according to the requirements of use, that is, the needs of flow and head.

1. ISG series vertical pipeline centrifugal pump deliver clear water and liquids with chemical and physical properties similar as water. It can be applied for industrial and city supply and drainage, pressurized water supply for high-rise buildings, garden sprinkler irrigation, pressurizing water for fire fighting, long distance water delivery, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom water supply and other hot and cold water circulation and pressurization. 2. IRG(GRG) series vertical hot water circulating pump (high temperature) is widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, paper making, hotel and other situations that needs to pressurize and recycle and deliver high temperature water from boiler. It is also suitable for water circulation in heating system for warmth in the city. IRG type operating temperature<120℃, GRG type operating temperature<240℃.

3. IHG series vertical pipeline chemical pump delivers corrosive liquids as sticky as water but contains no solid particles.
