Features:

The pump is a vertical structure, the inlet and outlet diameter are the same, and are located on the same center line, which can be installed in the pipeline like a valve.

·The impeller is mounted directly on the elongated shaft of the motor, with short axial dimensions, compact and beautiful structure, small footprint, low construction investment, and a protective cover for outdoor use.

·The pump and motor bearings are reasonably arranged, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the operation of the pump, so as to ensure the smooth operation of the pump, with low vibration and low noise.

·The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or mechanical seal combination, adopts alloy sealing ring, medium-sized high-temperature resistant mechanical seal and cemented carbide material, wear-resistant seal, and can effectively prolong the service life.

·Easy to install and maintain, no need to dismantle the pipe road system, as long as the pump manifold seat nut is removed, all rotor components can be extracted.

·The vertical and horizontal installation of the pump can be adopted according to the requirements of the pipeline layout, and the series and parallel operation mode of the pump can be adopted according to the requirements of use, that is, the needs of flow and head.

Application

· ISG vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is used for transporting clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water, and is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage and other cold and warm water circulation pressurization and equipment supporting, with a temperature of T<80°C.

· IHG type vertical pipeline chemical pump, for conveying liquid that does not contain solid particles, is corrosive, and has a viscosity similar to water, suitable for petroleum, chemical, electric power, papermaking, food and pharmaceutical, synthetic fiber and other departments, and the use temperature is -20°C~+120°C.
